WSWDC 25th Anniversary Gala in 2024!

There will be silent auction which will include offers for stays at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Hollywood, California and also at the Fifth Avenue Hotel in New York City. Rooms at both hotels are typically several thousand dollars per night. 

- The Beverly Hills Hotel was established in 1912, before  the city itself was incorporated.  The list of its movie-star patrons is  much too long to include here – suffice it to say that the hotel richly  deserves its description as “legendary.”  You can explore its glamorous  facilities here.

- The Fifth Avenue Hotel opened in October 2023. It is listed as one of the “best new hotels” in the Michelin Hotel Guide, Condé Nast Traveler, and Esquire Magazine.  The building originally belonged to Gilded-Age socialite Charlotte Goodridge, and was redesigned by McKim, Mead & White in the style of an Italian Renaissance palazzo.  You can read more about it here.
