San Francisco Opera's Lohengrin Livestream!
Can't make it to San Francisco? The San Francisco Opera will bring Lohengrin to you via livestream! Lohengrin will be sung by Simon O'Neill; Julie Adams will sing Elsa. This is a co-production of the Royal Opera House Covent Garden and Opera Vlaanderen, first seen at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden on 30 April 2018.

The Metropolitan Opera's Tannhäuser!
Following his heroic performance as Siegfried in the Met’s 2019 Ring cycle, dashing Austrian tenor Andreas Schager returns as the knight Tannhäuser in Wagner’s ravishing opera of love, lust, and redemption. Soprano Elza van den Heever is the pure and virtuous princess Elisabeth, alongside mezzo-soprano Ekaterina Gubanova as the tempting goddess of love, Venus. Maestro Donald Runnicles takes the podium for Otto Schenk’s classic production, which also features baritone Christian Gerhaher in his Met debut as Tannhäuser’s companion knight Wolfram and bass Georg Zeppenfeld as Landgraf Hermann.

Houston Grand Opera's Parsifal!
Wagnerites from around the world will descend upon Houston when HGO presents Parsifal, the Wagner’s final opera, full of shimmeringly beautiful music and spiritual and philosophical exploration. The opera will be presented in a stunning, sensual, colorful production from Tony Award-winning director John Caird. HGO Principal Guest Conductor Eun Sun Kim leads a cast of extraordinary Wagnerians including tenor Russell Thomas as Parsifal, soprano Christine Goerke as Kundry, bass Kwangchul Youn as Gurnemanz, bass-baritone Ryan McKinny as Amfortas, Andrea Silvestrelli as Klingsor.
